Their tone wasn't especially kind, but they were very clear about what was possible and what wasn't, and about the range between awkward-looking cosmetic work and natural-looking cosmetic work. Thanks to that, I didn't get greedy, and for the first 1 to 2 years I thought, "Ah, I should have been more ambitious and added silicone and made the tip more dramatic T_TTTT this looks bad, it's just so-so," and I felt disappointed (there's an old review from back then about this hospital). But now, about 5? 4? years later, I'm very satisfied compared to before haha. My friend had her silicone nose get infected at another place and removed it this year.. My nose has stayed fine even though I took a hard hit before the surgery. I even forgot the improvement to my face, but when I look at old photos I'm surprised. My only complaint is that scar tissue rose up inside my nose, but I don't want to cut into my nose again, so I'm just leaving it. Still, it's definitely become naturally prettier.
