There was a consultation fee, so the consultation time was generous. The director logically explained the current condition of my nose and its limits using a CT scan and a model. But when he proposed a surgical method that seemed a bit excessive, I asked about safety, and he answered somewhat ambiguously. Still, he said this method was the best in terms of the 'shape,' but I felt it was very risky. And at the beginning of the consultation, he spoke on the assumption that the patient wouldn't know much about the nose, but if I asked about a more detailed surgical technique, he would answer vaguely. For example, when I asked whether he meant septal extension using ear cartilage or using it as a columellar strut, he said something ridiculous like, 'It is an extension, but not an extension, it's something that gives the effect of extension' ....; he said that exactly, word for word. During the consultation with the director, I leaned toward not getting surgery here. Later, when I was talking about the cost with the manager, she asked whether I would write a review, then muttered to herself while scribbling on paper, giving me an estimate that included the original price, review discount amount, same-day reservation amount, and so on. It looked like they were deciding based on the patient's style after sizing them up first, with the manager making the call at her discretion. Since I had no intention of having surgery here, I just listened thinking, well, that's how it is.. The commercial image was very strong. Yet the manager kept emphasizing safety, safety, that this is a safe hospital. But then why don't they store CCTV recordings? That part was the key reason I didn't trust their safety claims.

Their tone wasn't especially kind, but they were very clear about what was possible and what wasn't, and about the range between awkward-looking cosmetic work and natural-looking cosmetic work. Thanks to that, I didn't get greedy, and for…

The way they spoke wasn't very friendly, but they were clear about what was and wasn't possible. They explained precisely the range of procedures that would look awkward versus natural. Thanks to that, I didn't get too greedy, and for the…

There is only one main director doctor, and while he's kind, rather than proactively explaining things first, he answers only when you ask questions, which was a little disappointing. The consultation felt like 90% the consultation manager

They seem to have an anatomical standard in mind for what kind of nose shape is considered pretty. During the consultation, the consultation manager recommends surgery, and the patient brings in their preferred direction, and then goes…

Maybe because it was a one-doctor clinic, the place was quiet. The interior looked like a hospital with a long history. That part actually made me trust it more. The reviews were extremely polarizing, so it was a clinic I couldn't decide…
