They seem to have an anatomical standard in mind for what kind of nose shape is considered pretty. During the consultation, the consultation manager recommends surgery, and the patient brings in their preferred direction, and then goes into the director's consultation with both the patient's preferred direction and the consultation manager's recommendation. The director has very firm opinions, but he still considers the patient's opinion while consulting. The price is itemized in detail, so once you add everything up, it gets too expensive.
