I first had the consultation with the manager here too, and it felt like they listened to what I had to say more, without making me feel uncomfortable. They briefly explained the materials and mentioned what they would recommend more, but the director explained it in more detail later. After the CT scan, the consultation became more specific while looking at the photos with the director. Their voice felt really clear and they had a style of explaining things very firmly, so the content really stuck in my ears The clinic was close to the station, which was nice, and they reflected my ideas well in the line design.
