This is my second review, at eight months post-op. I also had a protruding mouth, so during the consultation I was told that doing both surgeries together would create a dramatic effect. The cost was a consideration, but even chin advancement alone created a dramatic change! Still, I guess there is no end to human desire lol. Sometimes, though rarely, I think it might have been even better if I had done them together! If you have a protruding mouth, I recommend asking about doing it together when you consult. If that feels too burdensome, chin advancement alone will make a dramatic difference to your profile!
