After consulting with the counselor, I had a consultation with the doctor. He said my skin and fat were thick, so I would need fat removal, and that if I wanted a thin line, triple buried sutures would be okay. When I showed him a photo I had taken at home by making the line myself, he asked me to show him that photo again before surgery. I was satisfied with the consultation, but the counselor pushed me to make a same-day reservation and asked whether I had consulted at other hospitals too. It felt a bit like they were trying to take advantage of me, but the consultation with the director was good.
