It’s been a little over a month now, so I’m getting aftercare and focusing on dieting I got Ender today, and it was an unexpected kind of pain..^^ I don’t want to get it twice, but once I actually got it, a lot of the hard lumps loosened up, so I booked next week’s appointment and came back.... The problem is, maybe because I’m so satisfied with my abdomen, I keep wanting to do my arms tooㅠㅠ But seriously, once I can see with my own eyes that my line has changed, I can control my diet on my ownㅋㅋㅋ If I just hold back a little on what I want to eat, I can make this state even better, so I’m trying to change my lifestyle by eating a little less rice and walking routes I used to take by bus Maybe because I’ve been eating healthily and walking around a lot lately, I feel like my condition is the best it’s been in the past 3 years
