The Indian band was a source of stress, so I was planning to get fat grafting, but he said it seemed like filler rather than fat grafting would improve it. I also asked about liposuction, and he honestly told me that liposuction would actually make it sag more and would not be a good idea, which made me trust him because he was honest about procedures I did not need.
