I live around Seokchon, so I wanted somewhere close to home? I had been so stressed because it took too long whenever I went for aftercare, so while looking for somewhere nearby, I went to a hospital in Cheonho that is kind of well-known and hasn’t been open that long. Honestlyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ about 10 years ago....? Since I was in arts/athletics, I had been interested in dieting since high school, so it was also a hospital I’d always been curious about.. So I chose this hospital!
I got a procedure that removes fat with injections, and about a month after the procedure I lost 5-6 kg and am maintaining it now!
When I was getting the procedure, I hated myself so much for having just mindlessly shoveled food into my mouth all this time... I made a promise to myself that from now on, I’d think before putting this thing called food into my mouth.. and decided to eatㅎ After the procedure, there was some discomfort for a day or two, but I’m an part-time-job monster.. so after the procedure ended, I even went to my evening part-time job just fine, whew... After the procedure, since it’s summer now and I’m getting excited thinking about wearing a bikini, I’m working hard on my summer diet! (This week I had cheat days and ate everything I wanted, but even so, I’m just amazed that my weight hasn’t gone up and I’m still maintaining itㅎㅎㅎ)
And the thing I love hearing most is that I don’t meet my boyfriend that often, but every time we meet, he asks how I’m losing weight so steadilyㅎㅎㅎㅎ (Because I keep getting managed, you punk^^)
Anywayㅎ I’m going overseas this time, so I’ll lose more weight and come back after wearing a bikini, ladies!!!
