This is the place where my mom got lower eyelid fat repositioning. Because my mom is older, her eyelids had sagged, and they suggested fat grafting there, and I wondered why they would graft fat into a sagging eye, but I did everything the doctor suggested. But now her eyelids have sagged even more, and the lower eyelid fat repositioning didn't go well either, so a deep tear trough formed under her eyes. We had another surgery at the hospital once after 6 months, but nothing changed
