The place where my mom had lower-eyelid fat repositioning. Since my mom is older, her eyelids had sagged, and they suggested adding fat grafting there. I wondered why they would graft fat onto a sagging eye, but I did everything the doctor suggested. Now her eyelids are even more sagged, and the lower-eyelid fat repositioning didn’t work well either, so a severe tear trough formed. Six months after the surgery, she had another surgery at the hospital, but there was no change.
