When you first apply for a consultation, you pick which area you want to have surgery on first? Then you go to the consultation manager and briefly talk, and they roughly explain what they would do if you had that surgery. Then you meet the doctor, and they go into more detail about the surgery, explaining that if you do it, it will improve in this way, and answering any questions you have. After that, you go back to the manager to hear about the cost and ask final questions. That was the end. The direction seems to depend on whether you want something natural or whether you’re thinking more about aesthetics and which option you want.
