The manager and the doctor both speak pretty quickly! But they really pointed out exactly the area I was thinking of, and I liked that they explained which part actually needed to be done. They didn’t force me to add anything else. In particular, I really liked how thoroughly the doctor explained the surgical methods, and I also liked that they gave me options 1, 2, and 3 for the fold and let me choose, while recommending one.
