I had rhinoplasty. It feels soft, I don’t really have any side effects, and I can still do the pig nose thing. I had the surgery when I was very young and without thinking much, but luckily a good doctor did only the basics without overdoing it, so I don’t really have any complaints. But I’m looking into surgery again because I want to reduce the width of my nostrils
