First of all, even though I had changed the reservation time by phone several times before the consultation, they kindly kept the booking for me, which I appreciated. When I went in for the consultation, the consultation manager said it would be better to listen carefully to the director's explanation and ask questions rather than relying on their own explanation, and that made me trust them a bit. When the director came, they explained things in detail and clearly identified only the problems I already had, then explained only which method would be best, without recommending any extra procedures, and that was the best part.
