They really just kind of glanced at me so carelessly... honestly.. it felt like, why am I even here? I had my own complex and went there hoping to solve it, but their attitude was like, why even do that? Everyone has that kind of thing, and now I have to go in for surgery, do you have anything else to ask? It really upset me, and even if they did a good job, I felt like I wouldn't want to get treated there.. Of course there may be good cases, but the feeling that they just brushed the patient off was really upsetting.
