I was worried because I had heard the consultation was unfriendly, but I was actually very satisfied because they were plain and honest while still being kind. The director seemed like the type who doesn't talk first, but answers kindly when you ask questions. It felt like one of those teachers from high school who turn out to be really nice once you get close to them. The manager was also kind. Now only the surgery is left. If the surgery goes well, I think I’ll be really satisfied.
