The rhinoplasty method was different from other hospitals. They said the surgery would be done by building a support column in the middle of the nose with septal cartilage or costal cartilage. They gave a refreshing consultation by pinpointing exactly what I was unhappy about with my current nose. The doctor was very confident, saying there are not many surgeons who operate using the method of building a nasal column. Ah, the cost is one of the highest around T_T
