I had surgery with silicone when I was 20, and after about 8 years it started swelling red, so I looked into revision surgery and went ahead with it.
A few years ago I visited with a friend about revision surgery, and back then, the moment they saw me, they asked if I had had nose surgery, which totally caught me off guard+ I was impressed by their eye for details.
When they opened it up, there was no inflammation, but maybe it was because I wasn't in good condition. My mind was really at ease. Since the shape had been made so naturally, after 5 years a lot of it was absorbed. After surgery, I didn't really feel like they took especially good care of me, even though I was coming from far awayㅠㅠ It feels like they're friendlier and do more promotion online. I'm looking into revision surgery again with autologous costal cartilage! If they had paid a little more attention to aftercare and to the second harvest here, I would have considered doing autologous dermis once more, but it's a pity.
