The consultation manager's way of speaking felt way too much for me (like they were overacting). Fine, that's just the way they speak and maybe not my taste, but the questions like, "Which hospital did you do it at?" felt like a standard question... does it make a difference if I know? When I was getting ready to say I understood and end the consultation, they kept saying I just couldn't decide, clearly trying to push me into surgery, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of the consultation manager, I don't really want to go there. I guess this is why the consultation itself matters.
