I visited to consult about hump nose surgery and functional nose surgery. The consultation went calmly and well, and the staff were friendly. The consultation with the director felt a bit rushed. I think the director has a very strong personal style and convictions. That made them seem confident, which I liked. But I was disappointed that the explanation about the surgery itself was not very detailed.
