I wanted to make an appointment because the doctor seemed much better than what I’d heard from his YouTube and other clinics’ reputations for removal surgery. The doctor mentioned septal reinforcement surgery, and that was the direction that matched what I wanted the most, so I called because I definitely wanted a consultation.
Whoever answered the phone was a staff member, not a doctor or even a nurse, and when I said what was bothering me and that my septum had become bent because of a botched surgery, and that I couldn’t breathe well because it was severely deviated, they told me, "Then you should go to an ENT clinic, why are you calling our clinic?" lol My first priority is removal. Honestly, it’s absurd, and I already feel like dying because it has gotten bad enough that I need removal.
What happened to the doctor’s YouTube where he said he could reinforce a severely bent septum and properly correct it? It was absurd that the staff member had no proper professional knowledge yet told me I couldn’t do it and should go to an ENT clinic. I was also hurt by being told that I could have a consultation, but maybe surgery might not be possible~ I don’t know if it was the manager or just a receptionist/coordinator, but the staff member who answered the phone seems to have no service spirit at all. My heart is already broken because the surgery went wrong, and I’m in so much pain that I want removal and a consultation, but I feel like they don’t understand that.
