The doctor is very proactive in explaining things. I visited five clinics, and this one was the kindest. Some doctors just say they’ll handle the surgery however they want when you ask about the method, but I liked that he explained things first, like how much of the septum he’d leave, etc. Still, it was the kind of thing you could understand from watching YouTube too. Since it’s an ENT clinic, I guess functional nose surgery is covered by insurance, and they perform the surgery with septal extension. But I’m worried because the reviews about aftercare at other hospitals aren’t great. Also, the manager scares me. She seems to know a lot, but when you ask too many questions, she speaks through clenched teeth.
