They did it without rib cartilage, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, It twisted after one surgery so they immediately did an as surgery again The line came out pretty, and when I went to another clinic 3 years later to consult about the nose tip showing through, more than half of them said the line was pretty and told me not to get a revision! If you like a slim, flashy line, I recommend it I liked a rounder feel though
