I got a consultation for a man’s nose at Dream. My nose wasn’t originally low, so I was only thinking about slightly correcting the bulbous tip and maybe reducing the nostrils, but they suggested raising it from the glabella to the bridge, which made me think about it a lot. The staff and the consultation manager were kind, but the doctor was chilly. They said a separate doctor comes in to harvest the cartilage.
