I had surgery at a clinic, and my nose became upturned and shorter, so I had revision surgery again. A few years have passed, but my columella is getting shorter and lifting againㅜ It’s not obviously noticeable like a complication, but it’s lifting and shortening little by little, so when I compare photos I can clearly tell, and I definitely notice itㅡㅜ Is it because I had Gore-Tex used? Should I use costal cartilage.. I really want to find a nose that will last my whole life....
