I went with a friend to get a consultation, and the doctor spent a long time explaining different cases to my friend. As soon as he looked at me, he quickly identified my nose's characteristics: uneven height along the sides of the nose, asymmetrical nostrils, and thin skin. He immediately suggested osteotomy, low silicone, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip, and covering it with thigh dermis. He spoke very directly and that was it. The staff were really kind. I keep thinking maybe I should have had surgery here.
