One-month nose surgery review

Before-before-after-after revision rhinoplasty, one month post-op It feels much more natural now. The swelling still needs to go down more, but I’m satisfied with the nose line. There was a lot of swelling during the first three days, so I was really worried, but personally I worked hard on aftercare, so it’s okay now. The director and all the staff are kind. The correction of my crooked nose also turned out well. However, I wish they would tell patients that, after about a week has passed, they can gently clean inside the nose little by little with sterile cotton swabs. They probably told me not to touch it at all because it’s dangerous, but it was so uncomfortable for the patient, and the inside of the nose was actually dirty with scabs and nasal discharge, so it felt like healing would be slower. I also wish they had told me to apply some ointment. The reasons I chose this clinic were that the director is basically a bright person and I liked that he empathized with me, I thought it would somehow be more precise because he uses ㅇㄴㅍ, and I chose it because it is run by a single director. I felt like surgery would go better if I received it from someone bright. Of course, his experience was also solid, so I decided. And I chose it because he did not recommend donated costal cartilage. My crooked nose and the shifting silicone have been corrected, and I’m just hoping the swelling goes down more. It’s still only been one month, so I’m going to take even better care of it.
