Noblesse Hong Insik community review

I had nose surgery. I liked that the director did not overtreat, but I wanted a higher nose for cosmetic reasons, and he told me not to do that at all and to just add to the bridge, so we ended up only putting silicone into the bridge and tying the cartilage. There is barely any difference, to the point that no one can tell I had surgery, so I am thinking about revision surgery.
