I had my first surgery done in the neighborhood. It is embarrassing, but I did not think at all about revision surgery or anything deeply at the time. And I regretted the first surgery a lot. They used L-shaped silicone, and I wondered why the sagging came on so quickly. I did not like the shape of my nose, so when I was planning revision nose surgery, I thought I should research a lot, get information from the community first.. and I went around consulting only at places with good reputations, and since the one I visited felt the most professional among them, I went ahead and completed the surgery It has been 6 months since the revision surgery. I think the recovery and settling-in time have been enough, so I am living satisfied with how it is now
