At some point I started really hating the look of having had cosmetic surgery, so I went to three places known for being good at removal surgery, and this was the last one I visited. The others said they would remove the silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage and then do tip correction, but here they said they would do only removal, cleanly and without anything extra. They did say that if you also do tip correction, it could start looking operated-on again, which seemed true, so I chose to go with this place. For just removal only, I do think the price is a bit high, but that just means they are confident! They also said they would remove the capsule neatly, so I trusted them and booked the surgery date. I'm excited.
