He felt straightforward and easygoing, but also seemed like he might be a bit stubborn and somewhat quick-tempered. He was friendly, so the consultation itself was comfortable. Surgical direction: Raise the nasal tip, project the columella, and start the silicone from the eyelash line at 3.5-4 mm. Because it is a bulbous nose, remove a little fatty tissue. Since it is very round and bulbous, even if they reduce it as much as possible, it will still look rounded rather than pointed. Proceed by raising the nasal tip as much as possible while lowering it. They said alar base reduction (I had mentioned lifting the alar rim,,,,) would not lift it, and that they could not perform it. They said even if they lower the columella as much as possible, it would be hard to make it as much as I would be satisfied with. Even after getting the nose done, people around me probably would not really notice. Because the flesh at the border between the nose and nasal bridge is thick, the nasal tip has to be raised so that when it is lifted, that line comes out as naturally as possible. I did not get the sense that his surgical technique was particularly good, and I got the impression that he focuses more on raising the nasal bridge and nasal tip. After seeing the disliked reference photos I brought, he asked a question with a nuance that made it seem like he considered them pretty noses. It seems his aesthetic sense is a bit different from mine. The consultant was friendly and felt good. She looked at my questionnaire and answered step by step, marking the answers together with me. Overall, both the doctor and the consultant seemed to talk a lot and had a feeling of trying to tell me things first. The interior was clean and had a cozier feel, which was nice. Conclusion about the consultation: It did not seem like a bad hospital, but I dropped it because I felt the overall aesthetic sense did not match mine.
