I had been thinking I would definitely need incisional surgery because I have a lot of fat on my upper eyelids, but they told me that natural adhesion would be enough and recommended that I do it that way. I ended up getting it done somewhere else because I wanted something definitive in one go. I was recommended natural adhesion, eye correction, and epicanthoplasty, but I did not think eye correction could be done with natural adhesion, so that is why I went elsewhere.
