I had a lot of flesh on my upper eyelids, so I was thinking incision no matter what, but they recommended natural adhesion and said natural adhesion would be enough. I wanted to get it done definitively in one go, so I had it done somewhere else. They recommended natural adhesion, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty, but I felt that doing ptosis correction with natural adhesion wouldn’t be reliable enough.
