This is based on clinic visits from last year. Doctor in charge: Director Son Yu-seok He performs surgery 4-5 times a day, including relatively simple surgeries such as eyes. He was calm and spoke gently, so the consultation was comfortable. Assessment of my nose: short nose, bulbous nose, slightly upturned nose, low glabella, skin on the slightly thicker side. Not easy, but not an extremely difficult nose either. Surgical direction: raise the nasal tip, bring out the columella, and also perform alar lifting. Silicone would start from the eyelash line and be inserted at 3 mm. Since the bone in the middle of the nose is somewhat wide, lateral osteotomy would be done. Because it is a bulbous nose, a small amount of fatty tissue would be removed. The nose would be advanced forward in a direction that prevents it from becoming upturned, but it would not be lowered. The surgery would focus more on refining the nasal tip and columella line. Surgical materials: ear cartilage, nasal septum, silicone / For a first surgery, they prefer to proceed as much as possible using only autologous tissue. Overall impression: The director was calm and seemed more professional, so I trusted him. I got the feeling he would operate delicately. The consultant was kind, but felt a bit businesslike. The interior was clean, but the building itself felt a bit like a factory? The interior had a somewhat cold feeling. Consultation conclusion: The consultation itself was good, but I wanted to avoid osteotomy for now, and since the doctor was very young, I visited more places and ended up deciding on another clinic.
