Last year, when I was going around getting consultations while actively looking for a nose surgery, the director was kind, but I didn't go with them because of the manager. It was a few months ago so I don't remember the details, but it wasn't a very pleasant consultation, and the way they spoke and their expression stood out in my memory. Maybe because I was young, I remember them sounding like they found me annoying.
