First of all, the front desk staff are kind. As in many places, the consultation coordinator gives off a strong salesperson vibe. If this is a hospital, I actually want the doctor to perform any procedure, but you can't see the doctor's face at all until right before the procedure, and the doctor only briefly appears at the time of the procedure... You get what you pay for, so if possible I'd rather spend the money and do it somewhere else.
