First of all, the desk staff are kind. As with anywhere, the consultation manager has a strong sales-representative vibe. In a hospital, honestly, you'd want the doctor to handle any procedure, but until just before the procedure you can't see the doctor's face at all, and they only appear briefly during the procedure... You get what you pay for, so if possible I'd spend the money and get it done somewhere else.
