I had rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage last winter. For the nasal bridge, I had the silicone removed, and only the nasal tip was reconstructed with autologous costal cartilage and ear cartilage. Now my columella has collapsed to one side. I don't know whether the director's skills weren't very good or whether my nose was a contracted nose and was already in such a severe state, but this time I'm going to look into another hospital and have revision surgery. Autologous costal cartilage was a difficult surgery, and this is really hard.
