No consultation fee. After the CT scan and a consultation with the director, I discussed the price with the coordinator. The director explained well from the very beginning how the surgery would be done. I heard about the materials later through the coordinator, and they use AlloDerm dermis, but the nose design wasn't to my taste so I passed. The price is average, and it seems more specialized in men's noses than women's.
