I had often been told I had a masculine face, and I thought it might be because of my hump nose, so I looked up reviews of hospitals said to be good at hump-nose surgery and visited clinics specializing in nose surgery. Some hospitals said hump reduction osteotomy was necessary, and many were recommending all kinds of surgeries, but because my hump wasn't severe, they said smoothing it was enough. So I liked that they didn't feel as commercially aggressive in recommending surgery as other places, and the surgery turned out fairly natural, so I am satisfied.
