The doctor is, if you put it nicely, very assertive, and if you put it badly, stubborn. Skill matters, but they completely ignore the patient's design preferences and heavily do things their own way. They also go off the rails way too often, and I think they do noses beautifully but not the overall proportions. Honestly, I was a bit stunned. They said things like, 'There are a lot of people online saying I'm unfriendly lately,' but I feel like I wrote down the truth, so I don't understand why they got angry. I think their skill is good because the patient's nose was really pretty, but I can't do it here. They told me to leave. They said there are many plastic surgery clinics, so people like you don't have desperation. If there were fewer plastic surgery clinics, you'd feel grateful and wake up to reality, or something like that.
