I went there for a consultation because I wanted functional/cosmetic nose surgery. First of all, the manager and all the staff were kind, and the director explained everything kindly. I had a lot of questions, but they explained each one in detail, which I appreciated. I also asked about actual expense insurance related to functional surgery, and they responded kindly, which was nice.
