I preferred something natural, and especially with the nose, the priority was to make the tip shape safe, since it was originally quite blunt... I also wanted alar reduction, but the doctor dissuaded me, so I did three things: silicone bridge, ear cartilage tip, and tip binding. There was no same-day push, and they only recommended the parts that were necessary, which was good, but rather than saying, 'We will make the nose shape like this,' they said they would proceed safely in this way (the bridge was also done according to the available skin). My sister and I both had it done. I am very satisfied, but my sister says she does not like the shape. The aftercare is also pretty good, and if you want to get it done with some peace of mind, I recommend it.
