I had such high expectations that my satisfaction with the result is very low. It was a revision surgery, but there hadn't been much done in the previous surgery, so compared with the usual difficulty level of patients who come here, it probably wasn't that hard (you can tell from the cost), but because it didn't turn out as well as I had hoped, I had a very hard time. And the director's personality is exactly as you can tell from the posts here - just awful. Having to talk while on edge when I'm paying my own money for surgery was incredibly stressful. Some people said they liked the surgeon after the operation because of a tsundere-like personality, but I don't really get it. After surgery I was physically and mentally exhausted and asked a few things, and they suddenly exploded, which gave me trauma, so after that I stopped asking. Also, this was mentioned during consultation, but the nose can become longer. It actually got a little longer, and surprisingly that affects satisfaction a lot. Still, there were no special side effects, a columella I didn't have before appeared, and the side profile became pretty. They really paid a lot of attention, and while unusual, it's true that the director is special.
