I'm 3 weeks post-op from alar reduction and nasal tip surgery (bulbous nose correction), and it feels slightly pinched, and more than anything, should I say it looks like a fist nose... My nose looks so thick and big that it feels strange ㅠㅠ I can only see my nose. It also somehow feels like my nose got shorter... Is this swelling too... It's already been 3 weeks... Even if the swelling goes down from here, it probably won't go down a huge amount, right? ㅠㅠ Like 10
