I had it done without implants, using a non-implant approach only, and had osteotomy + bulbous nose correction + columella lifting.
If you look closely, you might see that the bridge is very slightly hooked, but I actually think it looks natural, so I’m satisfied haha
I’ve seen a lot of people considering a non-implant approach among those getting surgery for a hooked nose, and I recommend it.
Oh, for the columella lifting, costal cartilage was used!! It was donated rib cartilage, and I’m in my second year with no issues at all yet.
