I’ll share my first-consultation review. They say that if you get rhinoplasty, one of the following is your fate: becoming crooked, becoming thin, or drooping.
So when I asked what the probability was, the mood suddenly turned harsh, and they told me to just listen to the explanation.
They said they don’t have exact statistics. They said people trying to sell you something say sweet things like “it’s 2%,” but they said they have to tell it honestly like they do.
When I asked questions, the director kept making it so that I had to keep asking questions in this way, reacted somewhat sensitively, and said that their way of speaking could feel unpleasant, but that it was because they were trying to answer properly.
But in my opinion, I think it’s possible to answer properly while still speaking nicely enough not to make someone feel bad. The staff were also very unfriendly, and although I had booked a consultation for 10:40, I was only able to receive the consultation after 12.
After waiting that long, I think I’m the one who would have reason to be angry because the consultation made me feel bad, so I think acting like that is a bit much. Rather, I think the director should have said sorry for making me wait so long.
It wasn’t free either; I paid a consultation fee of 10,000 won, and I don’t think there is any reason for a customer to be treated poorly. I was already in a bad mood from having to listen to Chinese people’s characteristically cheap-sounding, uncultured, loud chatter before the consultation, and after going through this kind of humiliation, honestly I’m dumbfounded. The explanation itself was very detailed and thorough.
I think plastic surgery clinics are also a type of service industry, and I think kindness should be the foundation. Kindness is basic. They said the surgery would require silicone for the bridge of the nose, septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and bulbous nose surgery. They really do have a temper, and it’s unfortunate that there still don’t seem to be honest consultation reviews. Maybe because of defamation and all that lol I’m seriously dumbfounded lol This is a place for sharing this kind of information, and I don’t think it’s right for a plastic surgery clinic to tell someone to take a post down.
Who is making up things that didn’t happen? If there are only good posts, I think objectivity drops. Hey, Trend staff, don’t take this post down unless you want trouble, okay? The fact that the director said with their own mouth that their tone could feel unpleasant is itself proof that their consultation attitude was wrong. Then speak in a way that doesn’t make people feel bad lololol This is what happened when I first had a consultation in 2017. The cost was written based on when I had a consultation in 2020. Also, they changed their wording and said donor costal cartilage had to be added as a material. When I additionally asked by phone how much it would be if using autologous costal cartilage, they said it was 7.5 million won plus 10% VAT, for a total of 8.25 million won. I remember asking whether it would be okay to do it under local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia, and they said yes, and that doing so would reduce the cost by about 1 million won.
