I’ve been to consultations at several hospitals, but this was my first time seeing a hospital like this, and I’d followed the blog for a long time, but if you go, you’ll definitely be disappointed. First, at the desk, whether the coordinator is an operating-room staff member or not, there’s just one person sitting there, and their friendliness doesn’t leave a good impression either. The manager doesn’t seem professional, and the consultation attitude is poor (the answers are very light and half-hearted, like if you want to do it, do it, and if not, don’t). More than anything, the director was the most disappointing.. On the blog, they act extremely professional in every way, but when you actually go, throughout the consultation there’s negative energy, and when the patient talks about the parts they’re worried about, they say if that’s the case, go get consultations elsewhere; if that’s the case, why have surgery, don’t do it. Rather than looking for a plan and thinking about a better direction based on this patient’s condition, they are unconditionally defensive and avoidant. I understand they don’t want to take on their own risks or complaints, but they should keep it within reasonable limits. No matter what you say, they say if you have those concerns, don’t do it, with not even a little positivity. No matter how skilled a doctor is, I don’t think there’s any need to have surgery with a doctor who only says negative things to the patient, consistently shows a lack of confidence and a defensive attitude, and consults as if it doesn’t matter whether you have surgery or not. I can clearly see what it would be like after surgery.
