I waited about 5 minutes, then went to get a CT scan. After a short while, I had a brief consultation first with the consultation manager. The consultation manager was kind, and answered every question I asked in detail. After a bit, the consultation with the director started. He looked closely at my nose, lifted my nostrils with a cotton swab, and showed me in the mirror the problems with my nose, my skin type, and the maximum nasal tip height that could be raised. In my case, he absolutely did not consider donated costal cartilage and mainly thought in terms of autologous costal cartilage. I liked that he did not bring up donated costal cartilage during the consultation, and I liked that he firmly said what would not work would not work. For reference, CCTV fast-forwarding is free. It was a very satisfying consultation.
